O’Reilly Auto Parts has been a trusted name in the automotive industry since its founding in 1957 by Charles F. O’Reilly and his son, Charles H. “Chub” O’Reilly. What started as a single store with 13 employees at 403 Sherman Avenue in Springfield, Missouri, quickly grew thanks to the dedication and hard work of its team. By 1961, O’Reilly Automotive and Ozark Automotive Distributors were established to support independent automotive jobbers in the region.
In 1975, the company expanded into a 52,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 233 South Patterson Avenue, supporting nine stores across southwest Missouri. O’Reilly Auto Parts took a major step forward in 1993 with a public stock offering, fueling its continued growth. Today, the company operates stores in 48 U.S. states, as well as in Puerto Rico, Mexico, and Canada, remaining a leader in the automotive parts industry.
We appreciate O’Reilly Auto Parts for their support and commitment to the community!
