Home Sponsorship
To ensure financial stability for each home we build, we do not begin work on any home until at least $25,000 has been secured to begin construction and additional funds are assigned as needed for subcontractors and materials. 70% of the labor is provided by volunteers who are directed and assisted by our construction team members. This ensures that the overall home cost will be less than the appraised value of the home. Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, MO is the mortgage lender, allowing payment plans to be customized to ensure that the partner homeowner’s loan to earnings ratio is 20% or less on a 0% mortgage.

In-Kind Donations
Other opportunities for sponsorship connected directly to a specific home could include services and materials dedicated to various elements of the home build earmarked for Excavation and Concrete, Roofing, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric services and materials.
