TRUCK AND TRAILER STOLEN FROM RESTORE:
A truck and trailer full of construction tools were stolen from Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, MO. A $1,000 reward is being offered for the recovery of the stolen property.
A truck and construction trailer full of tools used to build and repair homes for low-income homeowners was stolen from the Habitat for Humanity ReStore on Friday, November 24, 2017 around 10:00 p.m. We are actively working with the Springfield, Missouri Police Department to identify a suspect and recover the stolen property. A $1,000 reward is being offered for the recovery of the property.
Description Of Stolen Truck And Trailer:
- Truck: 1997 blue Chevy Silverado extended cab,
- Trailer: 6X12CG 6’ enclosed trailer, white with Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, MO logos on the sides.
“Low-income homeowners are counting on our construction team and volunteers to build and repair homes,” said Larry Peterson, Executive Director of HFHS. “The stolen truck and trailer not only is costing thousands of dollars to replace, it’s costing the homeowners we serve.”
