As the Partner Homebuyer nears completion of program requirements and their home is almost finished, the 0% interest purchase process begins. By this point, Partner Homebuyers will have provided the funds for their first year of homeowners' insurance and will have shopped for an insurance policy. A third-party appraisal is completed, and closing documents are provided to Hogan Land Title so that a closing date can be scheduled and a title search completed. After closing, everyone gathers to dedicate the home!
