Partner Homebuyers are required to complete 250 hours of sweat equity for one person who will be on the deed, or 350 hours if more than one person will be on the deed. The sweat equity can come in a variety of forms, including helping in the ReStore, completing administrative tasks, working on other Partner Homebuyers' homes, and working on their own future home. At least 100 hours must be completed on a construction site. Up to 75 of these hours can be earned by friends or family members on behalf of the Partner Homebuyers.
