The expanded selection serves home flippers, landlords, remodelers, DIYers and others tackling small to medium-sized projects—particularly shoppers seeking affordable, versatile colors rather than an exact color match. Customers can find GreenSheen paint, available locally exclusively at the ReStore, in a regular selection of colors, along with additional colors being tested. Donated paint and a changing assortment of spray paint offer even more possibilities. Supplies cover surface preparation, protection, brushes, rollers, trays and cleanup.
Anyone can shop the ReStore, and every purchase helps Habitat for Humanity of Springfield build homes, repair homes and revitalize neighborhoods.

GreenSheen Paint
Our featured paint is new GreenSheen paint purchased for the ReStore—not leftover or previously used paint. We carry a selection of colors, including White, Cream, Grey, Slate, Sage, Brick, Blue, Sky Blue and Colonial Blue. We’re also testing a few additional colors beyond our regular selection, so you may discover something different during your next visit.

Donated Paint
Your next project’s color might already be on our shelves. We receive donated paint from Sherwin-Williams, retailers such as Home Depot, individuals and other organizations. This can include mistinted paint, colors customers didn’t accept and leftover paint from completed projects. You might find a gallon, a couple of gallons or a five-gallon container that’s just right for your ReModel, RePaint or ReFresh. Colors, types and quantities vary.
Spray Paint
ReFinish furniture, ReFresh décor or tackle smaller projects with our changing selection of spray paint. We carry both donated and purchased spray paint. Donations may include unused project supplies, surplus inventory or discontinued colors. We purchase spray paint by the lot rather than selecting individual colors, so each shipment brings a different assortment. Browse in store to see what’s available.

Our Paint Center Is Getting a Revitalization of Its Own
At Habitat, we build, repair and revitalize—and now our ReStore Paint Center is going through a revitalization of its own.
We’re adding improved lighting, color swatches above the corresponding paint and a colorful new look featuring Habitat’s primary and secondary colors.
The centerpiece is our new arched Paint Center entrance, topped with paint cans—including one tipped over to look as though it’s spilling paint onto the floor. It’s a playful welcome to a space built around possibility.
The finishing touches are still underway, but our improvements won’t stop there. We’ll continue enhancing the Paint Center and evolving our selection as we learn what our customers need for their projects.
