Christmas Comes Early To The ReStore With Annual Christmas Décor Sale Benefiting Habitat For Humanity’s Homebuying, Home Repair, And Neighborhood Revitalization Programs
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore will be filed with Christmas spirit during the annual Christmas décor sale. Throughout the year the ReStore accepts donated Christmas decorations including artificial trees, lights, ornaments, yard decorations and more to stock up for the sale starting Wednesday, November 8, 2017. The sale is held at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore, 2410 S. Scenic, Springfield, MO 65807. The ReStore is open Monday – Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
“Christmas at the ReStore is truly magical,” said Will Kuebler, director of the ReStore. “We love having the trees and decorations on display and seeing the community shop to support our mission.”
If you’re considering upgrading your Christmas decorations, don’t dump them, donate them. Donations to the ReStore are tax deductible and support the Habitat mission. Donations are accepted at the ReStore during regular business hours. Free donation pick-up service is available for large items in the Springfield area.
The Habitat for Humanity ReStore is a nonprofit home improvement store and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials and more to the public at a fraction of the retail price.
The ReStore is independently owned and operated by Habitat for Humanity of Springfield, MO. Proceeds are used to help build strength, stability, self-reliance and shelter in the Ozarks.
