Faith Walker is a dedicated single mother of two, working tirelessly to provide her children with a better life. Currently residing in an apartment, she dreams of offering her family the stability and security that homeownership can provide. Children in stable, affordable homes are more likely to attend school regularly, perform better academically, and have improved mental health. Specifically, children of homeowners are 11% more likely to graduate from high school and 4.5% more likely to complete post-secondary education compared to their peers in rental housing.
