Our Home Buying, Home Preservation, and Neighborhood Revitalization Programs move us toward this vision in Greene County. Our homebuying program provides a unique opportunity for families or individuals to build or renovate and buy a home to be their own through a 0% interest, 0% APR loan.
We don’t just put people in homes. We also keep people in homes by partnering with homeowners to alleviate critical health and safety issues by completing needed home improvement projects. And we improve the quality of life in local neighborhoods through housing, beautification, building community, and health and safety.
