2017 – 2018 Annual Report
At Habitat for Humanity, we don’t just build and repair homes, we build impact. When asked how many houses we are building, we remind folks that “we aren’t in the house building business, we’re in the people helping business.” And, without your support, that impact would not be possible. Our annual report shows just how much impact you’ve helped us make.
We’ve been working with residents of Greene, Christian and Webster Counties since 1988. Our main work is assisting individuals and families in their journeys to owning their own home. Friends and supporters like you have helped us accomplish a lot which to be proud of over the past year. We placed two partner families in new Habitat homes, and we lent a helping hand to over 120 of our Springfield neighbors by completing 74 home repair projects. Our Neighborhood Revitalization work with residents in Woodland Heights, including two major Rock the Block volunteer events and the annual Habitat Home Run, is making a difference.
The 2018-2019 Report shows the community where their donations of time, skills, funds, products, and prayers have made an impact. Thank you to everyone who has made this past year such a success.
